From a young age society tells us, don’t be too emotional, grow up, stop being childish, act your age, just be civilized, often setting individuals up for a limited outlook on life, resulting in the suppression of the true self. True courage comes when you are not afraid to be your most authentic.
First we must dig deep into our own shadows to uncover our pain and fears that we have buried deep within our unconscious, to begin to see that these are key to a greater understanding of who we are and how we communicate, our pain and suffering no longer hindering us but helping us to face challenges on the road ahead.
It is the feminine within us that guides our emotions, taming our wild hearts through love, our greatest strength. Guiding us to not lash out and act reactionary but to instead respond from a place of grace and compassion.
To live and love fully means one must allow themselves to be vulnerable, to have faith and to always listen to your inner child.
